Gaynor Taylor has had an interest in cooking since she first entered scones into the Royal Melbourne Show at the
age of 6! A self trained cook, Gaynor worked for 14 years as chef and catering manager at one of Melbourne's leading law firms where she was constantly challenged to cater for a great variety of functions at an exceptionally high standard - from a fresh and healthy staff breakfast for 200 to a five course banquet for the President of China.
Gaynor has also owned and operated a gourmet deli and has run Gaynor Taylor Food Concepts catering company for several years, catering for a varied array of functions, both corporate and private. She is also a qualified personal trainer and is as passionate about fitness and good health as she is about providing fresh and healthy food - but not at the expense of taste and quality.
