special projects – clinical trial catering

in 2005 sublime caterers were approached by the nucleus network to assist in creating a catering service for inpatients in their clinical trials unit at the alfred hospital. sublime created menus and documentation to facilitate the needs of the unit and started catering on a daily basis for lunch, dinner and snacks for the inpatients. subsequently nucleus opened a unit at the austin hospital and we began catering there also.

this is a specialist area where ingredients, quantities, quality, etc have to be closely monitored and we are pleased to say that still have the nucleus network as a valuable client 7 years on.
